A Disney movie from the 90s. I hold no copyrights to this movie. I'm uploading this so others can watch it since it is out of print and there was no DVD release for it to the best of my knowledge. A straight to video movie originally shown on the Disney channel during the early 90s.In Still Not Quite Human when Dr. Jonus Carson, inventor of Chip, the world's first teenage android, gets kidnapped and replaced with an offbeat robot. The captor is a greedy industrialist bent on developing the ultimate mechanical warrior. With the help of a street-smart con man and a female cop, Chip sets out to rescue his real dad - but standing in the way is a robotic soldier named Sparticus, and it looks like Chip is going to have to battle him one-on-one. i got a samsung behold 2 with android software, and dont know how to free up more space. theres a lot of pre-installed programs that are useless to me, but i cant delete them. is there someway around that? also, can i save and run applications on the micro SD card, or only from they phone memory?
